TAS Construction, Inc. assigns a Project Manager who personally manages your project from start through its completion. This allows for better control of your project, minimizes changes during construction, and assures a quality project built on schedule. We maintain open communications with ALL TEAM MEMBERS, from Owner, Architect and Subcontractors. We continually monitor schedules and update those via weekly onsite coordination meetings with all trades actively working. Ongoing communication allows us to maintain momentum and the TEAM process, while minimizing conflicts and Change Orders.
By utilizing the above philosophy, TAS Construction, Inc. has built strong relationships, which have allowed us to complete new projects with the same Owners and Architects.
